Note: At full passenger capacity, boot space is limited. If your group is travelling with a full luggage allowance each, let us know at booking, and we’ll recommend splitting the luggage across two vehicles or what suits you best.
Booking for Larger Groups
We offer up to 9 seats per vehicle, but that doesn’t mean larger groups are limited to it. Depending on your numbers, we offer two ways to travel together:
Split Across Multiple 9-Seaters
For most groups, we coordinate two or more of our own 9-seater MPVs so everyone leaves and arrives on the same schedule. You get vehicles from our regular fleet, the same maintenance and driver checks as every other booking on this page, with one coordinated pickup time for the whole party.
12, 14 & 16-Seater Minibuses
(Arranged on Request)
For larger single-vehicle bookings, we can arrange 12, 14, or 16-seater minibuses through our network of vetted private hire operators. Because these aren’t part of our own fleet, availability depends on your date and location, so it’s worth asking as early as possible — but the process stays the same as any other booking:

One fixed quote before you travel: We confirm the price with the partner operator upfront, so there’s no separate negotiation and no markup surprise on the day.

Licensing checked, not assumed: Any partner minibus and driver must hold valid private hire licensing before we’ll confirm the booking.

You deal with us, not a third party: Booking, changes, and flight-delay updates still go through Airport CabConnect; you’re not handed off to another company to sort out.
Which option is right for you? It depends on your group size, luggage, and route. As a rough guide, splitting across two of our own 9-seaters is often the more cost-effective choice for groups up to around 16 to 18. A single larger minibus can work out simpler (and sometimes cheaper) for bigger parties or where everyone travelling in one vehicle matters more than cost. Tell us your total passenger and luggage count when you book, and we’ll tell you which option is more affordable for your specific trip rather than defaulting to one.

Maintenance Protocol
Every vehicle is serviced on a monthly schedule by qualified technicians, with roadworthiness and safety checks carried out in line with UK private hire licensing requirements.
Licensed, Vetted Drivers
All drivers hold a valid private hire licence, carry full insurance, and have passed a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check before they’re approved to drive for us.
Live Journey Tracking
Vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking, so your journey status and estimated arrival time are visible to our dispatch team throughout the trip.
